Nbajeee (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming service provider operating specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and nbajeee.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. By using the platform, you are automatically bound by these terms.

To create an account on nbajeee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details will result in account termination, and any winnings associated with that account may be forfeited.

• Minimum Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Accurate information: You must provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and email address accurately.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification using a National ID or passport is mandatory before making any withdrawal.
• Password Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. nbajeee will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing your details with others.
• Information Update: If any of your details change, notify support immediately.

Before placing bets on nbajeee, make sure you read the specific rules for each game or sport. The outcome of all bets depends on the official result of the relevant event.

• Placing Bets: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform's own cash-out feature is available.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Event cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, nbajeee reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum win limit: Each bet has a maximum payout limit, which varies by game.
• Suspicious Betting: If unusual betting patterns are detected, payments may be placed on hold pending investigation.

Nbajeee processes all transactions exclusively through Bangladesh's recognised mobile banking methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket।
• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: 1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 1–60 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this up to 24 hours.
• Currency Conversion: We do not process transactions in foreign currencies.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits and withdrawals through another person's account are strictly prohibited.

• Referral Bonus: To earn a referral bonus, the referred friend must complete their first deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or using more than one account.

• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Placing bets on match-fixing or pre-determined outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's account or selling account credentials.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting hacking or cyberattacks against the platform.

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure and no violation has been established, you may submit a request for a refund. For accounts under investigation, withdrawals will be put on hold until the investigation is concluded.
